This list displays all of the fields available for use in your chart.
Use the On change of buttons to add or remove the selected field(s) from the On change of list. Click the Add (>) button to add the selected field(s) from the Available Fields list to the On change of list. Click the Remove (<) button to remove the selected field(s) from the On change of list.
Use this list to determine when the chart should show a value. If you select "For each record", the chart will show a value for every record. If you select "For all records", the chart will show a total for all the records. If you select "On change of" and then specify an "on change of" field by using the Change of buttons and the Available Fields list, the chart will display a value for each change of that field.
Click the TopN button to sort the selected field by Top N, Bottom N, or Sort All. When you click this button, the Top N/Sort Group Expert appears.
This button is only active when a single field in the On change of list is selected.
Click the Order button to change the sort order for the selected field. When you click this button, the Chart Sort Order dialog box appears.

Use the Show values buttons to add or remove the selected field(s) from the Show values list. Click the Add (>) button to add the selected field(s) from the Available Fields list to the Show values list. Click the Remove (<) button to remove the selected field(s) from the Show values list.
This list displays the field chosen as a value for your graph or chart. Points will be plotted for these values on the chart whenever the condition selected in the On Change of edit box changes. For example, if you create a graph of last year's sales for all your customers, you will select the Customer Name field as the condition and the Last Year's Sales field as the value. Whenever the Customer Name changes a point will be plotted according to the value of their last year's sales.
Click this button to remove all the fields from the Show values list.
Use the Don't summarize values check box to determine if the program should automatically summarize the values that will appear on the chart.
Use this button to set or change the summary operation for the selected field. When you click this button, the Change Summary dialog box appears. This button is only active when you have cleared the Don't summarize values check box, and when you have selected a field in the Map Values list.
Click this button to browse the values for the field that is selected in the Available Fields list.
