Database File Filter

Use this box to set the file filters the program will use in searching for and displaying databases. For example, if you set the filter to Paradox (*.db), the program will display files matching that extension in the Choose Database File dialog box, and in other dialog boxes that offer you database options. If you want to set multiple filters, use semicolons to separate them (*.db;*.dbf;*.mdb).

Use this box to set the file filters the program should use in searching for and displaying indexes. If you set the filter to Paradox (*.px) for example, the program will display only files with that extension in the Attach New Index dialog box and other boxes that offer you index options. Indexes are of major importance in establishing links between multiple databases.
